Ticket guarantee & safety
Official ticket guarantee
- Real, scannable ticket. A QR you show at the door — no list panic, no screenshots of someone else's pass.
- Secure checkout. Payments run through Square — your card details never touch our servers.
- Full refund if it's cancelled. If the event is called off, you're refunded in full — automatically.
- A real human to reach. Questions go to help@therapysound.ca — we answer.
Buy only at therapysound.ca. We'll never DM you to e-transfer for entry. The only e-Transfer we take is one you start yourself in checkout here. If someone offers tickets any other way, it's a scam — not us.
