Melt II: Membrane

˚₊‧₊ ˚꒦˘꒦˚welcome to the second installation of Melt: ɱҽɱႦɾαɳҽ‧₊˚꒦꒷˘꒦˚₊‧₊

Evolving from the prenatal world of the first Melt, ɱҽɱႦɾαɳҽ sets out to capture the feelings of coming to consciousness and entering the world outside the womb. Drawing from the tension and regenerative nature of connective tissue, what does it mean to become aware of one’s own existence and one’s role in connecting with others?

For this rendition, we have a special guest, Maude Vôs, joining from Los Angeles. Maude Vôs is a DJ, producer, sound designer, and founder of the label Delusional Records. Maude’s music is characterized by airy vocals, metallic textures, and rigid grooves that guide listeners between existing in the mind and in the body.

Maude will present two distinct sets for ɱҽɱႦɾαɳҽ: a live performance that will immerse the dancefloor in delectable atmospheric bass, and a closing DJ set built for leftfield club freaks. Her releases on Yuku, Scuffed Recordings, and Science Cult reflect her distinctive approach to experimental club music.
