Jobber pricing

The sticker is a solo price. Here's everyone else's.

Jobber costs $49 to $699 a month billed monthly ($29 to $529 billed annually), depending on the plan and how many users it covers, plus $29 a month for each user past the plan, and add-ons from $29 to $99. The features a working crew expects, two-way texting and job costing, start on Grow at $199 a month for one user. Below: every plan, what sits where, and the real monthly total for 1, 3, 5 and 10 techs. Yes, we are a competitor; the arithmetic doesn't care.

What sits on which plan

The crew features live upstairs.

Core is a solo tool: scheduling, quotes and invoices for one person. Connect adds team sizes up to 15 and the office basics. Two-way texting with customers and job costing both start on Grow, so a crew that wants to text customers back from the job record is on Grow or above.

Automated review requests, campaigns and referrals come from the Marketing Suite, a $99 a month add-on on Core, Connect and Grow, included on Plus. Plus also bundles the Sales Pipeline ($49 a month on its own) and Receptionist, Jobber's AI answering ($29 a month on its own). None of it is hidden. It's distributed, and the distribution is the price.

How the table is built

Jobber's Grow plan at the team size that fits the crew, from its published pricing. The third column adds the two add-ons a crew usually takes once it is busy: the Marketing Suite ($99) and Receptionist ($29, before any per-conversation overage). Going past a plan's user count adds $29 a month per person. Linq is the plan that covers the same crew with the 24/7 AI receptionist included.

Add-ons and meters

The meter that spins in your best month.

Jobber's Receptionist is $29 a month with a monthly conversation allowance (30 per Jobber's Receptionist help article; a newer help article says 100), then $0.79 for each conversation past it. It is unlimited on Plus. Metered answering means the 2am call season, when conversations spike, is when the bill climbs. On Linq the AI receptionist is part of Growth and up, with no per-conversation charge.

Is Jobber worth the price

For some crews, genuinely yes.

Solo operators who stay solo get a polished product on Core or Connect and should probably keep it. The math turns at hiring: every team-size step raises the bill, and the features that make a crew efficient live on Grow. If you're comparing structures, the flat-price model is the other philosophy: one bill, whole crew, flat monthly, no per-user fees inside your seat count. The head-to-head is at Linq vs Jobber; the whole field is in the best Jobber alternatives.

Jobber cost questions

How much is Jobber per month?

From $49 a month (Core, one user, billed monthly; $29 billed annually) to $699 (Plus, 15 users). A crew that needs two-way texting and job costing is on Grow: $199 for one user, $299 for up to five, $399 for up to ten, billed monthly.

Does Jobber charge per user?

Each plan is sold at a team size (1, 5, 10 or 15 users). Past that, each extra user is $29 a month, which is the main reason a growing crew's bill climbs.

What Jobber fees surprise people?

Three things: two-way texting and job costing need Grow, review requests and campaigns are the $99 Marketing Suite, and AI answering is $29 a month plus $0.79 per conversation past its allowance. Card processing is extra on every platform, Jobber included.

Is Jobber cheaper billed annually?

Yes, about 25% less: Grow for five users is $229 a month billed annually against $299 billed monthly.

Is there a cheaper Jobber alternative with flat pricing?

Flat-price platforms exist for exactly the seat-math problem. Linq is one: $179 a month at Growth, up to five users, with the 24/7 AI receptionist included. Comparison: Linq vs Jobber.
