House in Vancouver: Where to Hear It This October and November
Vancouver doesn’t slow down for the rain. If anything, October is when the house calendar gets crowded, and this year it piles almost everything into one long Halloween weekend before thinning back out into November.
The quick version: there’s a run of house nights from October 23 through November 21, with the heaviest concentration landing on Halloween itself, when four separate house bills are happening around the city on the same night. After that, things spread out into smaller rooms and single-name nights through November.
The week before Halloween
Two dates lead into the big weekend. On October 23, CHAMOS Vancouver 2026 takes over Mansion Club starting at 10 PM, with tickets from $65.48. Two nights later, on October 25, PLUR Halloween 2026 brings a house bill to The Penthouse Nightclub at 9 PM. It’s 19+, and the price isn’t confirmed yet, so check the event page before you plan your night around a number.
Halloween night: four rooms, one date
October 31 is where the calendar gets stacked. If you only read one section of this post, read this one, because you’ll need to pick a lane.
- Frankie’s. Halloween 2026 runs house and techno, 19+, tickets from $40, at Frankie’s.
- Vancouver Convention Centre. Foundation v18.0 Halloween with Chris Lake starts at 8 PM at Vancouver Convention Centre, price unconfirmed. This is the big-room option on the list, a proper production rather than a club night.
- Location TBA. Oddity Project – Haunted Basement starts at 9 PM, price unconfirmed, a house night with a venue to be announced.
- Celebrities. Foundation V18.0 AP: Benny Benassi closes the night at 11 PM at Celebrities, 19+, tickets from $52, billed as house and electronic & experimental.
Notice the Foundation name shows up twice in one night, under two different numbers and two very different rooms. That’s not a typo in our directory, it’s how the promoter has split the weekend: a convention-centre headline slot earlier and a club-sized after-piece later. Worth knowing before you buy the wrong ticket for the wrong room.
Right after Halloween
The calendar doesn’t fully reset once November starts. On November 3, Cut Copy DJ Set plays Hollywood Theatre at 9 PM, filed under house and electronic & experimental, price unconfirmed. It’s a different kind of room than anything on the Halloween list, a theatre rather than a club, which changes how the set is likely to feel.
The November house corner
Once the Halloween noise dies down, house settles into a steadier, smaller rhythm through the rest of November.
- November 7. GFS Industries runs at 10 PM at a location still to be announced, 19+, price unconfirmed. The same night, House Party Rave brings house and rock & alternative to The Pearl at 10 PM, tickets from $22.22.
- November 13. VANTEK: DJ Swisha starts at 11 PM, a house and bass & breaks bill at a venue still TBA, 19+, from $20.
- November 14. Step Out: Toronto Hustle runs at 9 PM, 19+, price unconfirmed, location TBA.
- November 21. Daniel Allan plays Village Studios at 10 PM, a house and electronic & experimental DJ night, 19+, price unconfirmed.
What this spread actually tells you
Line these dates up and you get a decent snapshot of how house gets programmed in this city right now. It’s not one scene, it’s several running in parallel: big-production nights built around a headliner, club nights built around a promoter’s name, and theatre sets that put a touring act in a room designed for something else entirely. House is the common thread, but the rooms, the crowds, and the price points differ a lot from one listing to the next.
House doesn’t live in one room in Vancouver this fall. It lives in four rooms on the same night, and you only get to pick one.
A note on the gaps
Several of these events list a venue as TBA or a price as unconfirmed. That’s normal for events still a few weeks out, but it also means you should go back to the event page close to the date rather than relying on anything printed here, including this post.
